This week on the Film Pigeons podcast Andrew and Jason travel roads
often best left untraveled as we review two music films. First up we
slick our hair back, stop using contractions and roll imaginary dice as
we review Joseph Manciewicz's Marlon Brando and Frank Sinatra starring
musical Guys and Dolls. Then we hit up the seedier side of rock n' roll as we review Gimme Shelter
a music documentary about the Rolling Stones and their bloody Altamont
concert. Andrew also continues his trek to watch every best picture
winner by reviewing the 1953 victor The Greatest Show on Earth. Finally, in honor of the snap good time to purportedly be had in Guys and Dolls, we reveal our Top 4 Snap-Good Films.
